Refund Policy:


Haute Again Consignment offers store credit on all sales. Buyer has 3 days to notify Haute Again of any concerns or damages. After 3 days buyer forfeits any complaints.

We will only refund based on questions of authenticity. If available, confirmation or proof from a recognized authority is appreciated. The item must be postmarked for return within 48 hours. The 48 hours begins on the date the item is received via UPS documentation, or the date you pick it up in the store. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were sent. We will investigate the case and provide a refund for the item and the shipping costs if it is proven to be faux.

FREE SHIPPING Details:

We offer free shipping on all domestic packages using USPS Priority Mail. Orders will be shipped with in 3 business days. Buyer will be notified once item has been shipped.
If a lovely customer wants express shipping, we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs. Haute Again asks that buyer pays the express charges. We will let you know the exact cost once we have confirmation of order.

 

Haute Again Consignment reserves the right to remove and/or raise this shipping rate at any time without notice to customer.

Free In-Store Pick Up:

 

Customer must pick up purchase from Haute Again Consignment 129 E St. Suite B-1 Davis, CA 95616. If in-store pick up purchase left for more than 30 days from purchase date, without an authorized extended hold request, purchase is forfeited and will be re-stocked for sale.

 

Email all requests for extended hold to hello@haute-again.com. Extended hold is not authorized until confirmation email sent by Haute Again Consignment. Not all extended hold requests will be authorized.
